Where there is no prophetic vision the people cast off restraint, but blessed is he who keeps the law.

Proposition
Vision is the evidence of embracing a prophetic utterance. A prophetic utterance ought to cause the people to move. When the word is not embraced or caught, the people miss the opportunity to grow and go.
